Interactivity and exchange is essential to any effective communication. Frequently when faced with a range of literature your client is left with a great deal of information but is not empowered to then access the service s/he requires. IbixTranslate working with communication experts in the University of Cambridge has developed an effective methodology to address this gap in the communication cycle. Where budgets and location do not facilitate delivery through PDAs or iPod nanos then interactive cards are the way to ensure communication is rapidly delivered with the facility for some initial two way communication and comprehension.
